We had three events lined up and special, dear friends visiting. Small Room Collective decided to make a leisure stop in Long Beach again and I cannot express exactly how excited I was. Lauren, Travis & George (their pup) are a dream team and exude such genuine, kindred vibes. Sharing travel stories & future goals we all had for our shops solidified the amazing support & passion we truly had for our businesses. Its incredibly humbling to be able to share with like-minded folks the evolution of your hard work & being able to reminisce on how we even got to this point.
This weekend truly embodied the power of community. Nothing more gratifying than the love, support, & joy I witness within the community. A huge thank you to the shops along 1st st. [Anneise, Make Collectives/La Femme Vintage, 1897LB & Peacock Social] for hosting such a welcoming, block party vibe event for Small Room & Blossom to hang out. You embody the spirit of community becoming family. Thank you.
And of course, Ornhansen for inviting both Small Room & I to help celebrate the grand opening of the shop. Its incredibly inspiring to see their hard work come to fruition. They are a special addition to the Long Beach community & I am grateful to have gotten as close as I have with them.
Lastly, hanging out with such a creative, inspiring group of individuals- Roam Dry Goods, Adored Vintage, Rawfinery, Floral Structure, 1924US, & everyone mentioned above.. nothing but good vibes.
